Updates to Lemken’s Primus and Albatros trailed sprayers include a more rounded design, LED lighting and a colour scheme in line with the company’s other sprayers. The smaller entry-level Primus has been completely overhauled inside and out, with more clearly arranged controls, and all major connections are centrally integrated behind protective covers.

Also new is the graphical user interface on the CCI-50 terminal, and a DGPS receiver can be retrofitted for customers wanting to use CCI apps – for example for automatic width section control or parallel tracking assistance. The Primus and Albatros models of the 12-series feature ISOBUS as standard and can be operated using any compatible terminal. Like the Albatros, the basic Primus version now comes with a circulation line. This ensures a uniform supply of liquid is instantly available across the full width of the boom as soon as the sprayer is switched on.

The Primus 10 and 12 have tank capacities of 2400-4400 litres and are available in boom widths from 15-30m. The Albatros 10 and 12 have capacities of 4000-6200 litres and boom widths of 15-39m. The capacity of the clean water tank has been increased to 320 litres.
