Pöttinger initially introduced the Multiline one-pass tillage train in late-2013, but recently the combination
has benefitted from several updates. We took the chance to use the Terradisc 3001 Multiline in Austria
Putting a seed drill on a disc cultivator can lead to a heavy combination, meaning a bigger, heavier tractor to manhandle it on the headlands than what is actually needed to pull the unit in work. So it is easy to see where Pöttinger is coming from with the Terradisc 3001 Multiline, which combines a disc harrow and a gravity-fed box drill to form a semi-mounted cultivator drill. The dedicated running gear uniformly distributes the weight and also serves as a press ahead of the coulters.
