The latest Stage V FPT-powered McCormick X7.6 VT-Drive line-up comprises four models; one matching the output of one of the existing models (151hp to 225hp) and three with higher power outputs peaking at 230/240hp from the X7.624 VT-Drive.
Bridging the gap to the larger X8 VT-Drive tractors, the latest X7.6s feature a new control package with five MySwitch buttons that can be assigned different tasks by the operator, which include electric adjustment of steering wheel angle and ISObus implement control.
On the outside, the styling of the new-look hood matches that of the X8 VT-Drive, and the new cab roof has improved work lights. The new styling is shared with the latest-spec McCormick X7.6 P6-Drive tractors also coming to Agritechnica.
