Extended service intervals are a benefit of the Stage V engine in the latest Pumas (185-240hp).
As before, there are four models in the range, with the 185, 200 and 220 available in Multicontroller specification with PowerDrive full powershift or with CVXDrive continuously-variable transmission (standard on the Puma 240).
Developed by FPT, the Hi-eSCR2 emissions technology on all four models sees the engine oil change interval extended to 750 hours or 18 months, while the transmission oil change interval is stretched to 1,500 hours.
Further upgrades for the four models include a new configurable quick-jump menu for the AFS Pro 700 monitor and improvements in transport power on Multicontroller versions.
New on the options list, the high-capacity compressor allows tyre pressures to be raised quickly when leaving the field before travelling on the road.
Inflation is claimed to be around 35% faster than with a conventional inflation system. In addition to the four Pumas, the system will also be available on the Optum CVXDrive 250, 270 and 300.
