This week’s LAMMA 2018 will provide visitors with an opportunity to take a close look at Amazone’s WindControl system. Available for the ZA-TS mounted and ZG-TS trailed spreaders, the wind sensor registers wind speed and direction and transfers this information to the machine’s ECU.

The job computer then calculates the information (in conjunction with the information from ArgusTwin), and any new settings for the delivery system and spreading disc speed are made automatically. The wind sensor is automatically folds in or out when the spreading discs are switched on or off.

KRM will show its new three-model range of M-Line tractor mounted, twin disc fertiliser spreaders. All feature a redesigned chassis to increase load capacity by up to 20%, and an easy-to-clean curved hopper design. Capacities of the M35, M45 and M60 are up to 3750 litres, 4500 litres and 5550 litres respectively. The standard spec includes fully sealed LED rear lights and reflective warning boards.

Sulky Burel will show the latest updates and improvements to its flagship X40+ and X50+ fertiliser spreaders, which now feature hydraulically-powered spreading discs, and two low-level sensors. The company says the spreading discs work independently of engine speed, which results in a constant disc rotation speed.
