Already available in 540/65R28 and 650/65R38 sizes for medium to high horsepower tractors, the new ones are 480/65R28 and 600/65R38. Trelleborg plans to add two more shortly.
The tread, with its double-edge lug, is said to improve grip, boost traction and reduce slippage. An additional stud on the tread profile improves the self-cleaning performance, and the wider base of the lugs is claimed to provide greater resistance to vibration, reducing wear.
On the road, the tread pattern and the use of premium materials is said to increase wear resistance by up to 18%, while the reinforced carcass ensures good handling and performance, even at high speeds.
Additionally, the optimized angle and shape of the lugs improve driving comfort and stability, ensuring a smoother ride in all conditions.
