John Deere and Geringhoff have signed a marketing agreement whereby dealers in Deere’s Region 2 (Europe, CIS, North Africa and the Middle East) will supply its combine harvesters with Geringhoff maize grain headers. Replacing John Deere’s 600C Series maize headers, the deal covers current and future Geringhoff designs. Founded in 1880, today Geringhoff makes a wide range of rigid and folding units from 6 to 24 rows. Headers destined for Europe are built at one of two sites in Germany, while the North America market is supplied with units built at a Geringhoff facility at St. Cloud in Minnesota. This was opened in 2012.
