It is 20 years since the first Case IH Magnum left the production line in Brazil, and to mark the occasion the Curitiba plant has produced a limited edition version of the 400hp flagship.

Available in limited numbers this year, the Magnum Black treatment is exclusive to the 400hp flagship.

The plant has made several thousand Magnums during the past two decades, but nothing quite like this ‘Magnum Black’ limited edition tractor, which features a black-painted hood, roof, fenders and wheels.

The start attraction on the Case IH stand at the Brazilian Coopavel rural show last week, the limited edition treatment also includes a silver special edition logo, and the tractor is booted with Trelleborg TM900 High Power (600/70R30 front and 800/70R38 rear) tyres. Inside the cab, the latest AFS Pro 1200 monitor technology is included, and the seats and steering wheel are coated in synthetic red leather.

Founded in 1975, the Curitiba site, which employs around 2,200 staff, produces tractors and combine harvesters for both Case IH and New Holland.
