Suitable for hay and forage, livestock, seeding, spraying, fertilising, and light tillage and transport applications, the four-cylinder 3.6l FPT Stage V block in the two tractors delivers its maximum torque of 380Nm and 450Nm in the 90 A and 100 A, respectively, at a low revving 1300rpm.
Both tractors can be specified from the factory with loader-ready brackets and hydraulics. Case IH says that the ideal loader for the new models is the L3815A, which has a lift height of up to 3.8m and a maximum capacity of 1.92t.
The standard transmission is a 12 x 12 40km/hr mechanical box. The optional hydraulically actuated powershuttle provides four gears in each of the three ranges. A 20 x 20 creeper option is also available.
Maximum rear linkage lift capacity is 4.4t. The company’s Lift-O-Matic system offers fast raising and lowering of implements to a pre-set position on headlands. The tractors also come with a self-modulating electro-hydraulic independent three-speed PTO (540/540E/1000) with Eco and ground speed options (a 1.4t capacity mechanical front linkage and 1,000rpm PTO are optional).
The optional roof hatch has been made wider to improve overhead visibility, and all controls are positioned in a panel to the operator’s right side.
Air conditioning is standard in the four-post flat-floor cab, and maximum interior noise levels are a claimed 77dbA. The standard spec includes an air suspended seat, USB socket and phone holder. The Farmall range comprises models from 55hp to 120hp.
