Chris Armitage has been appointed as the new managing director of Agrifac UK to oversee business operations and further grow the groups’ four brands; Agrifac, Holmer, Zunhammer and Hardi, which comprises a team of 25 members of staff within the UK.
Growing up on a family farm and having always worked within the industry, including stints at CNH and JCB, Chris says the opportunity presents him with the fortunate chance to lead an innovative company that has served the industry with products and services at the forefront of technology.
“We have recently embarked on a considerable investment programme, focusing on technology, processes and most importantly, people,” he adds.
“With a number of new appointments within the sales and after sales departments already in place, steps are being taken to continually bolster our customer support across all of our brands within all of our departments.”
Chris will oversee and manage all business operations for the group from the head office in Cambridgeshire.
