The Kuhn Group has signed an agreement to acquire Brazilian chaser bin and cultivator manufacturer Khor Industrial.
Signed by the Group’s Brazilian subsidiary, Kuhn Montana, the deal is expected to be finalised early 2021. The acquisition represents another step in Kuhn’s development in Brazil and South America, which began with the acquisition of Brazilian sprayer manufacturer Montana in 2014.
Founded in 2007, Khor produces a wide range of chaser bins, which start with a single axle 10,000-litre capacity version. The flagship is a four axle 50,000-litre model and the company also makes rubber-tracked 29,000 and 37,000-litre capacity models.
Khor also makes trailed fertiliser spreaders and cultivators, and in 2019, booked a turnover of around €4.2 million.
